About

Registered Dietitian Florence O.

Florence

A calm, balanced relationship with food can change everything. Many people come to nutrition feeling overwhelmed by emotional eating, stress, burnout, or years of trying to “figure it out” alone. This space is designed to offer a different experience — one built on compassion, nervous-system support, and real-life structure.

The focus of this work includes emotional and stress-related eating, nourishment during burnout, GLP-1 nutrition support, and Veteran-centered nutrition care. Life experiences, chronic stress, trauma, and shifting routines all influence appetite and eating patterns, and effective nutrition support must honor that.

Sessions blend clinical nutrition, practical guidance, and simple, sustainable tools that help you feel grounded in your day-to-day eating. Culinary-inspired strategies make meals more manageable and approachable, without the pressure of dieting, restriction, or perfection. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be intimidating. With the right support, nourishment can feel calmer, more consistent, and more aligned with the life you want to live.
